iVision® – our patented smart picking solution
As a rule, order picking is a key process for companies that have a warehouse and a warehouse management system. This holds true in a manner independent of the size of the warehouse. Our patented iVision® solution makes it possible to connect different order picking tools, like e.g. scanners, tablets and data glasses / so-called smart glasses in a flexible, fast, safe and secure way.
We have been focusing on data glasses and our solution has already been tested with different models several times. iVision® is independent of manufacturers. That means that clients can use the hardware that suits them best and connect it to their existing systems through iVision®.
Applications of iVision®
At work pickers will receive clearly presented and well manageable information required for doing their jobs with the aid of their data glasses. Furthermore, warehouse management systems will receive feedback so that fast reactions to disturbances, like, e.g., missing or deficient articles will be made sure of.
We also presented such options at the CeMAT last year in cooperation with Jungheinrich.
Likewise, we utilized iVision® at the CeBIT in order to connect it to a new logistics system.
We also presented iVision® in connection with Air Scouters together with the Brother company and we also showed iVision® together with LaserIdent Systems GmbH.
